Returns & Refunds policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs bookings for treatment rooms made with SALON SUITES LONDON LTD ("we", "us", "our"). We are committed to providing a transparent and fair booking service. Please read this policy carefully before making a booking.

1. General Policy

Our treatment rooms are booked on a time-sensitive basis. When you make a booking, that specific time slot is reserved exclusively for you, preventing others from booking it. For this reason, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy.

2. Booker Cancellations & Refunds

To cancel a booking, you must notify us via email at contact@londonsalonsuites.co.uk. The amount of your refund is determined by the amount of notice you provide before the start time of your scheduled booking.

More than 7 days' notice: You will receive a full refund of your booking fee, less a 5% administrative fee to cover payment processing charges.

Between 72 hours and 7 days' notice: You will receive a 50% refund of your booking fee. This reflects the reduced likelihood of us being able to re-book the room at short notice.

Less than 72 hours' notice: No refund will be issued. Cancellations made within this timeframe do not allow us sufficient time to find a replacement booking.

3. "No-Shows"

If you fail to arrive for your scheduled booking without providing any prior notice of cancellation, this will be considered a "No-Show". No-shows are not eligible for any refund or credit. The full booking fee will be retained.

4. Cancellations by SALON SUITES LONDON LTD

In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide the booked treatment room due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., essential maintenance, facility issues, or other reasons beyond our control), we will notify you as soon as possible.

In such circumstances, we will offer you the choice of:

a) A full refund of your booking fee with no administrative charge.

b) Rescheduling your booking to an alternative, mutually agreeable date and time.

We will not be liable for any other costs, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of a cancellation by us. Our liability is strictly limited to the booking fee paid.

5. How to Request a Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to contact@londonsalonsuites.co.uk. Please include your full name, the date and time of your booking, and the reason for cancellation in your email. The time of cancellation will be determined by the timestamp on the received email.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used for the booking.

7. Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, services must be provided with reasonable care and skill. If we fail to meet this standard, you may be entitled to a refund.
